4. AI Conversations & Memory

• If AI Memory is disabled, no chat data is stored.

• If AI Memory is enabled, only summaries of conversations are stored.

• You can disable AI Memory at any time.

MindMate is not a replacement for professional therapy or medical advice. If you experience severe mental health issues, seek support from a licensed professional.

5. User Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

• MindMate is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

6. Intellectual Property

• MindMate and all related content, branding, and proprietary implementations of AI-based interactions are our intellectual property.

• The AI models powering MindMate are provided by third-party services, such as Anthropic, under their respective terms.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

• MindMate provides guidance based on AI models, but we do not guarantee accuracy or effectiveness.

• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations.

• MindMate is provided as-is without warranties.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Misuse MindMate services

• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activities
